Design Process
This project is to design the new office for Bright Device, a start-‐up engineering firm designing small solar devices. The design will take advantage of the architecture at 1800 Larimer in order to provide a healthy environment for employees while encouraging interaction between everyone in the office.
The design of the office will successfully reflect Bright Device's mission by providing a safe and healthy working environment with a simple sustainable design, which will bring prosperity to the business.

Perspective Renderings
Large windows will provide natural light to enhance workers’ health and productivity. Tacking real-estate compression, the goal of the design is to archive high flexibility within the office. Lowering traditional panel heights will encourage collaboration and new ideas among workers. In order to provide an all round healthy environment, mental health of workers will be a main concern for this project. Stress is a global epidemic. Places where workers can recharge and stimulate their thoughts are cooperated in the design.
